Jackson turns 2!

Trying to get a two year old to sit and pose for a picture is simply out of the question! LOL! Letting a two year old run around and play is a must for great pictures! :) I had a lot of fun chasing around this little guy.

Melissa and Leo

I had a great session yesterday with Melissa and Leo. I have known Melissa for a while now and was thrilled when she asked if I could take her maternity pictures. This was my very first maternity session. We had a lot of fun taking them! Cannot wait to Marlee Mae soon!

Tyler & Maddie

I've been waiting a while to take photos of these two cuties! We went to First Landing State Park in VA Beach. Maddie was my first client to tell me to stop following her with the camera. I felt like papparazi, LOL! But after some chicken tenders, a song of "If you are happy and you know it," and a game of Simon Says, we got some really great shots. Tyler was born to be a model and Maddie was just CUTE! :) Here is a sneak peek of their session.

High School Senior Emily

Emily's senior portraits were taken at Little Creek Island (Sandbridge). All day the weather was overcast, perfect for taking pictures. However, as we arrived, it began to rain. We crossed our fingers hoping that the rain would subside and we decided to stay. We took some quick shots as it drizzled on and off. Thankfully it did stop halfway through our shoot. Take a look at the results!
